What is so special about The Artwork Stylist?
The Artwork Stylist brings you a curated collection of some of the best photography and graphic prints going around. We print on special paper (100% cotton archival stock) and all artworks are printed and framed in Melbourne, Australia. Each print comes in a Limited Edition of 50 - so you won't have what she's having! What more could you want!
Who is your artwork by?
Our photography is produced by Melbourne Photographers who have travelled near and far to bring us their best shots! All of our Graphic pieces are designed by Graphic Designers and Artists in-house at The Artwork Stylist.
Where is your artwork printed and framed?
All of our artworks are printed and framed in Melbourne, Australia. We use only the best archival quality ink and 100% cotton archival paper to prevent fading. Our frames are quality made using timber sourced within Australia.
Do you offer Trade pricing?

Can I buy an unframed print?
We like to deliver you the entire package ready to hang on your wall so we don't offer our prints unframed. however we may offer this option to some special people so please email us at email@example.com to discuss further.
How do I pay for my order?
The Artwork Stylist uses Stripe secure payment services and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, MasterCard or Debit card. All Prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
If you would like to make payment via direct debit please contact us directly. The Artwork Stylist does not accept cash , cheque, bank cheque or money order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via our courier. Your artwork will be packed with bubble wrap and in a custom size box. There will be a low-residual tape on the glass of your artwork. This is to protect the glass from shattering and damaging the print. Delivery of your artwork will be made between 8am and 5pm. We recommend nominating your work address if you work during these hours. If you are not home our courier will not leave your artwork unattended at your address. A redelivery will be attempted at a later date.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using your consignment number and heading to the courier website provided. You will be notified of this and your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
Items are printed to order and will take 2-4 weeks to be produced and shipped. You should expect your artwork within 4 weeks of placing your order.
Special orders are taken for large projects, special sizing, colour and/or design at your request. We will need to quote lead times and pricing accordingly.
Can I do local pickup?
Yes you can do local pickup from Tullamarine if you live in the Melbourne metro area. Please make a request before checkout via email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to do local pickup.
Can you ship your artwork overseas?

Can I order a custom size?

Please note we may have to apply additional shipping charges when pieces are purchased in a custom format. Additional shipping charged per item will be applied and shall be quoted on a case by case basis.
How do I hang my artwork?
All of our artwork comes ready to hang with wire. We suggest anchoring your artwork at two points on the wall using good quality hooks. Head down to your local hardware store for more advice on the best types of hooks to use for your wall type. please also be sure to refer to the weight of each piece when hanging.
What about hanging a pair side by side?
Our framers do the best job to ensure both pieces of the pair have the same drop on the wire to make it easier for you. We suggest you also check this before hanging your artwork side by side.
What if my goods are damaged when they arrive?
All orders are pre-checked and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately or as soon as practicably possible and within 48 of receipt of goods. The Artwork Stylist will arrange to have the damaged item returned and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to a refund on the item. Damaged goods will be arranged for their due return and replacement at the expense of The Artwork Stylists and in all cases we must insist that goods are returned in same condition as received by you with all original packaging.
It would be appreciated if you would supply images of the damage in order for us to mitigate our losses via our insurers.
The Artworks Stylist under no circumstance takes any liability for artwork damaged once received. We are not responsible for unsafe hanging practices. Please note all artwork weights and hang accordingly. We take no responsibility for and damage to persons or other goods.
